Couldn't find any faults at all.

The Marmara hotel offers good facilities for a price that is lower than most other hotels in St. Petersburg. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and a fitness room that is free between 7 and 10 in the morning. At other times, you can use these facilities for 300 rub (about 8 Euro) per hour. Although, the hotel is situated outside the center of St. Petersburg, the center can be easily reached by trolley bus and Metro. Trolley Bus Line 6 brings you to the nearest Metro station in about 5 mins. and stops almost in front of the hotel. The time between the buses is between 10 and 15 mins. The Metro takes you in about 5 stops (20 mins) to the center of the city.

I visited the hotel in a period that it was extremely warm in St. Petersburg ( 30 c). Normally temperatures are much lower. At warm days it is advisable to ask for a room that is not on the sunny side of the hotel. Because of the glass construction that extends out of the hotel, the rooms get very warm after some time.

This is a true 3 stars city hotel with price of 4 stars. But this is common in Russia.

The hotel's location allowed us to have easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. we enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna facilities that were available.

Our stay was not without problems. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Fitness centre. Even small one may provide excellent recreation. Wi-Fi as a must for business and was operating in room quite fine. Cousines in cafe were nice.

Quiet room, clear air. It was present from hotel staff: bottle of Champaign and box of chocolate.

Very bad quality of water in bathroom.

We had a lovely romantic escape in this hotel. We really enjoyed the spacious room which was clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our day off right. The hotel is also located near a beautiful park which provided a relaxing and romantic atmosphere for us to explore.

The water in the shower had a slight odor to it which was not ideal. The hotel was also a bit further from the main city center than we anticipated, but with a quick taxi ride or bus ride, we were able to explore all the sights we wanted to see.

The hotel staff was a breath of fresh air, extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern, clean, well managed, and very attentive to its guests needs. The WiFi is very fast and reliable. Breakfast was very good. I honestly felt that the hotel should be rated 4 stars and not 3.

The only annoyances about the hotel is that it's kind of a long walk to the metro station, which is a problem only during winter months (or you could wait, sometimes long, for a public bus to take you there). And also, sometimes, I had to keep the water running for 3-4 minutes before I started getting very hot water.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location, although a bit far from the central area, is near a nice park, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and some even have jacuzzis, which adds a touch of luxury. The breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

During my stay there were problems with hot water during the day - highest temperature was about 30 degrees (which is not enough for shaving imho).

For the price we paid, this hotel was a great value for money. The attention to detail and the basic amenities provided were commendable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay a pleasant one. Additionally, the location of this hotel near a beautiful park added to its charm.

The hotel is situated near a lovely park which is easily accessible through the nearby metro station. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms satisfactory. The staff were quite helpful, especially at reception and the breakfast was decent enough with a few options available.

Some facilities including the Wi-Fi in the cafe were inadequate and had connectivity issues.
